Tony Elumelu Foundation Women Entrepreneurship For Africa (WE4A) Program for female entrepreneurs (€10.000 in grant funding + Additional grant funding up to €50.000
Women Entrepreneurship for Africa is an initiative financed by the EU, OACPS, and the BMZ that aims to just provide 120 small business owners from the TEF alumni system with a €10,000 grant and three months of tech assistance through another digital speed scheme.
The initiative aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial potential of women-led businesses so that they can attract additional funding from private companies. An additional grant of up to €50.000 will be offered in connection with a growth program to 15 businesses chosen by an advisory group as getting the most promising possibility. This scheme will bring an extra three months to complete.

Through improved company abilities, exposure to basic financial institutions, and inclusion into local and state entire value chain, both the early rate of expansion and follow-on development initiatives strive to assist female startups in Sub-Saharan Africa to grow and thrive and affect productivity creation in their own towns and cities.
Benefits of the Program
- €10,000 grant funding for over 120 female-owned businesses from TEF Alumni

- €50,000 additional funding to 15 female business owners, that have a business with high growth capacity.
- Applicants must be female from the TEF Alumni network.
- Must have an existing business with good working products
